Keep the Momentum Going

Many people give up on their dreams too early, even those who had the courage to begin. So how do you keep that ambitious fire going? Well, the first step is to make it a habit that you commit to.

You can do this by creating a routine that effectively keeps you focused and mentally healthy. It should be simple enough to follow everyday and motivational/energizing. Make sure to include the following:
1 or 2 things that make you happy (art - drawing diagrams/models, music - listen to focus music, photography - post photos of your work on a social media platform, etc.)
Mindset prep (ex: fill up your water bottle, watch motivational videos, meditate to quiet your mind, note down your task and break times, etc.)
Optional but useful: Momentum App (motivational quotes, pretty backgrounds, to do list, clock)

The next step would be to keep track of your progress. Some ways to track your work is by making a graph, journaling about it, noting it down on a calendar, or even posting about it on social media.
By creating this record, you can catch and fix mistakes, as well as celebrate achievements. We love celebrating our milestones by having a party, watching our favorite shows, and even simply checking it off the to-do list.

Speaking of “we”, you can definitely work with another person who shares your dream. This will cut your workload in half, increase creative ideas, and keep you accountable.
If you’d rather work by yourself but still need inspiration, you can follow others on social media platforms. There are various accounts just for that such as study-grams, self-improvement accounts, business accounts, etc.
