The stifling air in the classroom, the excruciating pin-drop silence, the pressure of grades hanging over your head. It’s incredibly hard to do well when all you can think about is what could go wrong.

When students are overcome by this kind of stress, it can cause serious consequences. One of the most common ones being the dreaded ‘mind blanks’, when your mind forgets everything from the previous nights of studying.
Also, these consequences can be detrimental to the student’s physical health. Extreme pressure can cause nausea, panic attacks, and headaches, only a few of the many other symptoms that one can face.
